A lovely session in the estuary.. OK it was in the estuary, but it was still full on. I went out at first light with my Hifly and 5m sail, but soon realised that I would get away with my wave board as once out beyond the dunes it was pretty windy!!

I quickly came in and changed boards and then went back out onto the choppy waters. It was just perfect blasting back and forth maxed out at full speed before carving hard into some good carve gybes. On some occasions going so fast into the gybes that you wonder if the rail will hold.

Shem came to the beach after a while, so I went back in for a chat. He decided against going out, so I went back out on my own for bit more high speed action, until my legs could take no more!!!
